MPC NC 400F and MPC NC 600F (PALETT model)
The
automatic cross–cut saw line model MPCNC 400F or 600F, hight production and
modern technological equipment for cutting wet or dray, single or paclake
of planks (boards) of different kind of solid wood, with various input options
and exit transport system.
The line are designed on the pushing principe of feeding and positioning the working
pieces (or package) for transfersal cutting out, which based on longitudinal
computer guided positioning by cutting list order, enableing the high efficiency with minimum
rest and waste. By
automatically lead line laser light marking the planks guided by a worker from a
stationary working place.
Statistics
It supports controlling of material flow
(total length) and pieces counting by each criteria separately as well as % of
material used to be put to profitable use, time efficiency etc.
LCD display
and mini printer included at all versions.
Sorting -
manual sorting or automatic sorting device
For the small
production is manual exit table (l01m) with manual sorting, normally. For
bigger production with several dimensions we suggest
the auto.sorting device with sorting boxes, movable by fence-ejector stations.
In each sorting box you can put different measure of
pieces or packages.
