MPC NC 600L
The
automatic optimising cross–cut saw line model MPCNC 600 is a hight production and
modern technological equipment for cutting wet or dray planks (boards) of solid
wood, with various input and exit transport system. It's
used where it is needed to cut large amounts of wood to pieces of the same
length (palettes elements, massive planks, parquet blocks, etc.)
The line are designed on the pushing principe of feeding and positioning the working
pieces for transfersal cutting out, which based on longitudinal or
value computer optimization. enableing the high efficiency with minimum
rest and waste.
MARKING THE BEGINNING OF PLANKS,
DEFECTS OR NUTS WITH AUTOMATICALLY LEAD LASER LIGHT, CHOISING THE QUALITY with
selected button by a worker from a stationary working place.
The optimizing cross-cut saw enables cutting according to the following criteria at once at
- 6 cutting schemes (cutting lists) width classes (1, 2, 3, 4,5,6)

4 quality classes (A, B, C, D) for each scheme, each cutting list
- 20 cutting lengths in each
schemes ( 480 lengths )
Cutting programs provide next three option of cut of rests:
- cutting rests off
- setting rests to next lower quality
- cutting rests for finger jointing

minimal
rests.

No optimizing – the board will be cut on the marked points regardless of
the length
in cutting schemes.

The computer always looks for the length considering the priority from
the cutting pattern.
With this way of optimizing the rests can be bigger, but
the order the easiest to carry out.

V. CUTTING OF FIXED LENGTHS
Boards are cut on fixed lengths, according to the data in the cutting
pattern, regardless of
the mistakes.

errors (nuts) by laser light, enabling the optimization of current solutions and
allows modification of the proposed method of cutting boards befor cutting.
Statistics
It supports controlling of material flow
(total length) and pieces counting by each criteria separately as well as % of
material used to be put to profitable use, time efficiency etc.
