      Longi - trans cut

      Trans - longi cut

Longitudinal-transversal cut means cross cut the planks on the defined widths first (laths production) by multiblade saw with  fix saw blades and 1 or 2 adjustable saws, than cutting these pieces of laths on the defined lengths by manual cross cut machine, ( model MPC 180, or 250 or 300) and using the collective band conveyor for manual sorting the pieces by length, by qualties, by, colours, .... 

This way is most convenient for cutting soft wood of planks, for production  different length of elements, up to 4000 mm, (windows production, wainscot production, masive wood board production,..).

That kind of cutting method required suitably techniological equipment;  hydraulic lifting table, multiblade saw with fix or fiw ynd adj saw, conveyors for automatic separation and automatic dosing the laths to the lines of manual cross cutting saws and colective band-sorting device.

Transversal-longitudinal cut  means cross cut the planks on the defined lengths first,  by manual cross cut machine, (model MPV 600, or MPC 800), than cutting these pieces of planks on the defined widths by rip saws or bad saws or single saw blade machines.

This way is most convenient for smaller production of hard solid wood, for short pieces of elements up to 1000 mm, (chair production,..) or for cutting exceptional quality planks for curve element, cutting elements with template.
