Longitudinal-transversal cut means cross cut the planks on the
defined widths first (laths production), by multiblade saw with 2 or
3 fix saw blades and 1 or 2 adjustable saws, than, after marking the errors on
the laths by flourescent chalk, cutting these pieces of marked laths on the defined lengths
by computer guided NC cross cut machine, (optimizer model NC 180K, or 200K or
300K) and using the automatic sorting device at the end.
This way is most convenient for cutting better pieces of planks, for production
longest pieces of
elements, up to 4000 mm, (furniture production,..).
That kind of cutting method required suitably techniological
equipment, which enable optimisation after each phase of cutting, first width
optimisation of planks (multiblade saw with adjustable saw), than computer
length optimisation of laths (NC optimitzer cros cut saw).
